ORDER CANCELATION POLICY

Real Casual, we trust that our customer's satisfaction is a must for us. Hence, we have a cancellation policy.

How can you cancel an order at sangrangjaipur.com?

If unfortunately for any reason you want to cancel an order, kindly inform us by dropping an e-mail at care@sangrangjaipur.com or call us at +91 89497 83399, within 24 hours of placing the order. Or if we did not ship it in 24 hours then you can cancel it before we ship it out. If you cancel the order before it shipped, there will no cancelation fees and you will get 100% of your money back within 7 to 10 days.

If you want to cancel after your product is shipped:

If you want to cancel your order after it has shipped to you, but before the end of 24hrs time limit, then you will be charge as per company policy, as cancelation charges. As we have to pay the charges to shipping company.

If you cancel the order after 24 hours and it shipped already, in that condition, it’s difficult to stop the parcel in India, so it will deliver to you for sure, in this case if you demand the refund, you have to return the goods to us and return shipping will be paid by you, and after receiving the goods we will make a refund to you within 7 to 10 days but we will deduct the parcel sending shipping charges from your amount.

Please note the customized order or discounted order cannot be cancelled in any condition, apart from defective product. In case of defective product please provide video of parcel opening.

Please note that, if you are choosing Cash on Delivery (COD). Cancellation would not be accepted. If you still do so then you will get 80 % of your payment what you have paid to us, in any case.
