Q 1. How will I know if the order is successfully placed?

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email and text message.

For your order status, you can go to the ‘My Account’ tab on our website and click on ‘Order History’. You can track the status of your package, 36 hours after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number and the name of the courier company that is processing your order.

Q 7. What should I do, if I need to change the shipping address once the order is in transit?

Once the order is dispatched you can’t change the shipping address, but before dispatch you can call to us on +91 8949783399

Q 8. What should I do, if by mistake I mentioned wrong address / Mobile No. / Pin Code etc. and the order is in transit?

If order is in transit nothing can be changed, this this case order will return back to us and we have to reship the same order to you with your correct details, but second courier/ Dispatch will be extra chargeable as per total weight of parcel and COD charges

It is our constant endeavor to deliver your orders on time.

Within India - Our general delivery time frame is 7-10 business days. In case of manufacturing delays, we might take 10-15 business days, this is mentioned on our website too!

International - From the time of shipping, your orders will take about 10-12 days to reach you.
